Prendiville Group Offices

Working alongside Space Agency Architects, Sii Light supplied and commissioned the lighting for the Prendiville Group Headquarters, transforming the former Fremantle Technical College into a contemporary workplace while respecting its heritage character. The lighting was carefully integrated throughout the existing spaces, with particular consideration given to the building’s heritage ceilings and original architectural features. A Casambi control system provides flexible, intuitive control across the workplace, allowing lighting levels and scenes to be easily adjusted to suit different spaces, activities and times of day. The project has since been recognised with the 2026 AIA WA Chapter Margaret Pitt Morison Award for Heritage Architecture, a wonderful acknowledgement of the thoughtful adaptive reuse of this significant Fremantle building.
