We are pleased to announce that Darren Marshall has joined our Sii Light team as both Stakeholder and Associate Director.
Darren is a highly regarded lighting consultant and project manager with more than 20 years in specialised lighting design. Dedicated to delivering the specified outcomes of professional practitioners, Darren is known for working closely with standard products or custom modifications to achieve optimal lighting performance, efficiency and design.
Darren’s ability to understand a project brief and translate appropriate design outcomes are key in delivering successful solutions. His in-depth experience within the commercial, industrial, education, hospitality and high-end residential sectors, begins a new chapter at Sii Light.

Lif
– designed by SELUX
LIF is a multi-functional urban lighting system designed with highly technical capabilities to suit vibrant exterior landscapes. As a modular luminaire system, the sleek minimal shape of this cylindrical light column is unassuming in its capabilities.
Full freedom for the creation of light is is enabled through a robust design that delivers smart implementations through networked functions. More flexible than other luminaires, LIF can be adapted to suit a myriad of cityscapes. Depending on configurations, these smart post lights can offer general illumination for squares or pathways, accent or projection lighting or even all of these at once, with added features such as lighting tools like the pathway module or gobo projector for eye-catching projection effects, loudspeaker module, built-in cameras or WiFi capabilities.
Minimal in aesthetics these unassuming light columns offer 19 different vertical and horizontal light distributions and 4 heights to complement their versatile technical capabilities for lighting smart cities. LIF illumination is 0-360° rotatable, posts are made from galvanised steel, heads made from die-cast aluminium and safety glass and are DALI, DMX or 1-10V dimmable. Intelligent dimmable controls allow for reduced CO2 emissions.
Bento

BENTO is a highly technical miniaturised linear downlight system that delivers high visual comfort and optimum performance. A slim profile allows its presence to blend into architectural surroundings, while it has highly developed technical capabilities that deliver a multi-cell structure whereby each LED module utilizes a specific reflector for optimal performance.
Designed to deliver even light distribution, each model includes a dark-light reflector. The dark-light effect allows the light to appear off even while on, to further blend in with its setting while emphasizing a high performance light output. Turnable white versions have a control system that allow light simulations to mimic daylight or colour temperatures from 6500K down to 2700K at specific times of the day. D4i control options along with the multisensor connected accessory allow wireless controls for ultimate performance. BENTO is customisable and has a CRI 90.
Drip/Drop

Minimalism is paired with delicate design in DRIP/DROP, a series of suspension, table, floor and wall lights that illumiante through a fine borosilicate glass shade that form either a fluid ‘drip’ shape or a cascading’ drop’. Ambient and practical, this series considers a balance between lighting for function and intimacy. This series is modular in nature and offers customisable solutions, has an IP20, offers USB connection and is ideally suited for residental, hospitality or design-driven lighting solutions for interior spaces.
